Judgment
People WILL and DO judge you. Every single day. They judge you because of how you look or what you eat. They judge you for what "god" you do or do not pray to. They judge you for speaking out too loudly or not speaking out at all. They judge you for being too thin or too fat. They judge you if you have too much money or not enough. They judge you for your sexuality or for supporting anothers sexuality. This world is so full of judgement and you will be judged no matter what you do so why not just be? Tune out all of the judgment and just live your life the best way you know how. And if you are one of those people who judges, whether it be out loud or silent judging, stop for a moment and ask yourself why you do that to people.

Did He Hear Me?
I wonder that almost every day now since he died. I think I knew deep down that last weekend that we were with him that there wouldn't be another weekend but I couldn't find the words. I simply said "Good bye! See you next weekend!". And when the phone call came at 4:30 in the morning I regretted not telling him how much I loved and appreciated him. As he lay dying in his hospital bed I held his hand, kissed his cheek, and whispered words of love in his ear but....Did he hear me? Did he know we were there with him? Could he feel all of the love in the room with him? I wish we knew these things.
